Love Is Not Always Blind: Get The Jessica “Medspa” Look

Love is Blind has been a trending show since it first entered the Netflix dating scene. And without disappointment, season six has given us enough twists and turns to keep us sucked in until the altar. 

We're no strangers to iconic cast members called Jessica. Who could forget the stand out figure from season one the Jessica who fed her dog red wine? And now six seasons later, we have a new Jessica, who is quickly rising to icon status.

Currently, Jessica Vestal is debated on Reddit to be the prettiest contestant of the season. As beauty experts, we know she probably had some help achieving this label.  Although we are not able to tell you exactly what she has had done, we are here to guide you on how to accomplish her look.

Jess clearly has it all, the high cheekbones, a defined jaw, almond-shaped eyes, clear skin, and plush lips. Luckily all of these features can be achieved at a med spa. 

Almond Eyes

Although many associate PDO threads with Bella Hadid, it has been around before the supermodel popularized it. The cat-eye thread lift is a non-surgical procedure that utilizes dissolvable threads to pull up the skin.

The procedure aims to lift the brows and outer corners of the eyes to create a cat-like impression. This results in eyes and brows that look more open and lifted.

Restylane filler is soft, holds its shape, and does not form lumps.  It is very moldable and integrates into the lip tissue with natural looking results.  

High Cheeks

The midface loses fat and structural support from the cheekbones as we age. This results in a flat shadowed look on your cheeks as well as hollowness under the eyes. Dermal filler can be used along the cheekbone to fill in the hollow area, contour your cheeks and give a more youthful appearance. 

Although cheek filler is usually used to replace lost volume, it has become trendy with the younger generation to add additional volume to achieve the Jessica “Instagram look”.

PDO threads can also be used to achieve a lifted look to the midface by repositioning cheek fat pads and softening nasolabial folds. 

Defined Jaw

As our bone structure thins with age, our jawlines lose its sharpness and definition.  There are various non-surgical procedures that can help achieve a more defined jawline.  Dermal fillers can be placed along the jawbone and at the angle of the mandible to replace lost bone and achieve that strong side profile people desire.
