Dear Patients, 

Our priority is always patient care and overall satisfaction. In order to achieve this, we have created policies to provide a safe, fair, and professional environment for everyone who steps foot in the office.

Your appointments are very important to us and act as an agreement to reserve valuable time for you. These are clearly outlined in order to best fulfill our patients expectations, thus providing excellent experience and optimal results.

Appointment Scheduling

We require a credit card on file to schedule an appointment. There is an initial consultation fee of $200, which will act as credit towards your first treatment. By scheduling the appointment, you are authorizing Dr. Gordon to store your credit card and charge any necessary fee in accordance with the office policies. 

Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling 

We understand that a situation may arise that could force you to cancel or postpone your treatment. Please understand that such changes will affect not only our staff but other patients as well. Therefore, we request your courtesy and consideration. If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow 24 hours to notify us of the cancellation. Should we receive less than 24 hour notice, or you do not show, your credit card may be charged $150 for the visit

Late for appointment

If you will be more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged $150 and will need to reschedule your appointment. 

Payment options

Payment for all medical spa procedures is due at the time of the treatment. For specialty packages or grouped treatments, payment for the entire package is due at the time of the first scheduled treatment.  

Since we provide elective cosmetic procedures, the care provided by Dr. Gordon is not covered by any medical insurance program, and we do not participate in any plans.

We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept personal checks.

Refunds or Returns

THERE CAN BE NO REFUNDS FOR SERVICES ALREADY PROVIDED. If a package or series of treatments has begun, these services will be considered already rendered even though the full series may not have been completed. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment during a series, credit for unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended and used to purchase other treatments or products offered.

There will be no refunds on any products or services after 30 days.

Revision based on Treatment or treatment of complications

The practice of medicine is not an exact science, and medical spa treatments are under the practice of medicine. Although desired results are anticipated, there can be no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, by anyone as to the actual results you may get. Occasionally, additional treatments for problems or complications may be required. These could result in additional charges for which you may be responsible. Your insurance, if you have it, may or may not cover the expenses related to actual complications or other medically related problems arising out of treatments at the office.

Disclaimer

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We also reserve the right to cancel appointments at any time although we strive to limit this occurrence as much as possible.
